Mission Statement

The mission of the Association is to facilitate the professional development of public agency hazardous materials response teams and their members, in the State of North Carolina. The Association will provide the exchange of information, the development of solutions to mutual problems, the evaluation of training standards as well as equipment needs and the endorsement of legislation or government policy regarding all issues involving hazardous materials.
